Patch plastering

I am having some works done on my ceiling and the price I have been quoted include patch plastering only. Does anybody know whether the ceiling will need to be completely replastered. How much will that cost including painting over it? The ceiling has got paper on it and this should work out more expensive. Size 12x12ft. Thanks

How can anyone advise that without seeing the condition of the ceiling? Until the paper is removed the condition cannot be determined. You will need to get a separate decorator's quote for papering and painting after the plastering is done.
