You flat-earthers can ignore it but I'm betting this time next year when Chucky is churning out graphs youll all see the underlying trend was down all the way and there never was any bounce, dead cat or otherwise and youll all say "All hail Fungus, for he was right when we woz all wrong, what is yur latest prononcement oh wise one?" and I'll have the last laugh cos I won't tell ya!:p0

Local prices in this town have increased over 7%. Honestly. Local paper reports highest rise in any town in the country!! Report says "estate agents cautious about the increase, saying there will always be buyers for particularly good houses and locations". So thats my bargain buy down the chute then.0

Mate, it's meaningless without knwoing how much they fell by when nothing was selling
If they fell by 28%, a 7% increase now stuff is moving again would prove me point because then they only actually fell by about 20% overall in line with Halifax ect see?:T
Jeez, this is hard work I'm off to do a bit of QE down the pub:beer:0 -
FF, they didnt seem to fall at all generally. May be 10% here and there on the modern estate houses but little movement otherwise.0
