Kelkoo-Total price?

Just booked a hotel with Accor chain who have a price guarentee(match it plus 10% extra).I can cancel this booking up to 6pm on day of arrival.Then set out to see if i could find a cheaper price.Kelkoo states total price a few pounds cheaper,but the link you click on shows the higher price through accor.Dont get it.Also tried to claim via accors online claim form but it wont send-grr.Any ideas anyone.Have emailed accors technical department but i have to get this done by about 4pm this evening to claim within the 24 hour period.Its the hotel ibis Hyeres Centre
