£20 WHSmith : Scratch Card

Hi
My nephew has been given a £20 WHSmith giftcard from his work.
He asked me if If knew if he could buy scratch cards with it from WHSmith.
Although I personally think this is a bad idea - he could spend it more wisely on books, dvd's or something of the like, he's quite keen to spend it on scratch cards - and as it's his he can do what he likes with it I guess. I don't even know if WH Smith do scratch cards?
Does anyone know?
He will need to make a special trip into the city to a WHSmith (he lives in the sticks!) so I said I would try and find out for him, or just to ring cust. sevices and ask....
In the meantime..does anyone know?

They definitely do scratch cards and I don't see why you couldn't use giftcards to buy them but I don't know that for sure...If Life Deals You a Lemon - Make Lemonade!! :j0
