mis sold loans and credit cards

Hi, i'm new on here so i hope this is the right place to post this!!

I was today contacted by a company called legal and financial claims, they said that many loans and credit card agreements sold up to april 2007 were mis sold and that for a fee of £495 they can have the loan written off!!!

just wondered if anyone has had dealings with them or heard about them???

  • They are registered under Sky Networks Limited based in Cheshire.

Do you have any credit cards or loans from that period?

  • Yes i have quite a large loan which falls into there criteria, they have told me they will call at my house with the contracts and a money back garantee if the fail to provide!!
Trouble is they want the payment there and then, and i'm not sure if to trust them.

I'd never trust anyone who want nearly £500.00 of my money on the basis that it might be unenforceable. No chance.

  • That 's how i feel about it, i suppose it's the old saying if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is!!

    Thanks.
