IF you are able to take the radio out the code is sometimes written on the actual unit itself, either that or sometimes it can be under the ash tray. £25 not too bad a price in the swing of things. If all else fails try taking it to a proper Peugeot garage, if you have the original log books etc they may be able to help!

If you contact a car stereo specialist, they should be able to read the code directly from the radio itself, or reprogram it with a new one. The specialist in my town charges £10 for this.
Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!

    http://www.radio-code.co.uk/peugeot-radio-codes.html

The above will supply unlock code for £20

However, I have some car radio code programs.

I think Blaupunkt supply radios for some Peugeots.

Try 1165 as the code, before spending money.

Update: Further research seems to imply that your radio is a Clarion (from CL at the beginning of your serial no.)
    I will investigate further.

http://www.instant-radio-code.co.uk/clarion-radio-codes.php will supply code for £19.99

Final Update: From another forum it says
"The only CLARION code available for free is if your Clarion has another Serial Number beginning with C7000000++++ found on a BARCODE label."

Can you check the radio again for a similar number?
If you supply the last 4 digits, shown in positions ++++ above, I will be able to supply the unlock code.

There are lots of folk over there with code details.

Also, if you have your car serviced at a Peugot dealer ask them. They will probably know it and may give it to you for free as they service your car. I had a Renault and did this. Got the code for free.

I'd phone around a bit, different dealers have different prices.... The code for my 306 was £15 last year.

Peugeot stink though for this sort of thing, if you decided to change the radio out, you'd still have to buy a special tool (or do as I did and fabricate one). Practically everything on Peugeots requires a special tool to remove, couldn't even undo the suspension to replace the drop links because they have security "Torx" bolts holding them in place! never again!
