Barclaycard Credit Card charges

I sent the first letter, registered to Barclaycard [BC] on 10th July 2009, and they finally sent me statements from August 2003 - July 2009. Not from July 2001.

They state "This information we have enclosed relating to this account is all that we hold."

    July 2001 are specifically for bank charges and not credit card charges so I think you might have confused the two.
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
