Sorry a bit slow on this one, The 'White Book is the the book that the Judges has and is used by the Courts and the legal bods. It is the rules that they are bound by, in the event that these rules are not complied with, it is grounds for appeal.
If you want a copy, I am told it cost about £1,000 a go, but you can find it on the web just dont ask me where, I did find it once!
Hope it helps
The White book is not the law or a guide to how the law is to be applied it is simple the procedure rules ie which form you would fill in and how you fill it in for a particular action. If you go to the court services website you see the same but in electronic form0 -

Child Benefit at 20 .... surely not!! We criticise parents across the land for mollycuddling the children of the land ... but it seems like the government have their part to play in it.:wave:0 -

Child benefit isn't automatically paid up to 20. It is only if the child is enrolled on a non advanced further education course at the age of 19. These courses are GCSE's, Alevels, BTECs ... etc, so normally children do these courses at 16-18, but if a child didn't continue with further education at 16-18, child benefit would have stopped. So when they decide to go back and do the courses at 19, the parents get the child benefit they would have been entitled to had they done it at 16/18 ... I hope that makes sense lolAugust GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61
