Yes, your account with the CSA will remain open until all arrears are paid, however long it takes.Hi

Be aware, that if your child is in further education, you will be liable for payments via the CSA until they are 19.Donedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000. Debt at highest approx £102,000. Debt now (October 2009 - absolutely fork all!!!)

Hi
Do you think they can make you pay all of the arrears all in one go when child leaves education?0 -
Not all in one go but they will push very strongly to get them paid off in the shortest time possible & they're not very flexible.Hi

Kenzo - in one of your other posts you mention csa are using wages and tax credits to calculate your income. In this one you ask about what happens re arrears. Am I right in thinking you are therefore employed because if you are and dont pay chances are they will impose a deo on you which could be at 40% of your earned income. I may have picked your post up wrong so if so I apologise in advance.0
