We have enlarged our bathroom, removed all fititngs and a plasterer has skimmed all the walls. ready for painting or tiling.
We have ceived three quotes.
1. £1350.00 2nd. £580.00 3rd £780.00.
Total tiling wall area is 26 square meters. The tiles will be all one size and plain, no fancy borders.
All quotes include Labour and materials. Quote 3 detailed Labour £572.00 and Materials £208.00. Quotes 1 and 2 only gave an inclusive price.
We live in West Sussex and have Tiler no. 3 is by recommendation from friends.
We would appreciate advice on the reasonableness of above quotes and if
there is anything we should ask regarding materials. All have said they will use correct products for a bathroom.
Thankyou for any advice.

Hi
The 3rd quote of £780.00 sounds about right to me..........especially as he comes recommended also.
