what to ask for???

Hi, I've recently received a list of all my charges from my bank (HSBC). I'm now ready to contact them asking for what they owe me, the total is almost 2K, is this figure what I put in my letter to them??? and what about any charges I have had in the last few months, do I just add them on??

thanks

  • The figure you have been charged since July 2001 or since the time the account was opened if later is the amount you put down.

Claimed with the bank or gone to county court?
If it's with the bank then add them on.
