pdf problems - content copying not allowed

how to work around this so I can copy and paste the information ?

I've got 7 different pdfs all with the same annoying  setting

only thing I can think of is to paste screen into paint and then post it as a .jpg

PDF's have security settings, you can lock out content copying, printing, even opening without a password.

The workaround is the print screen, obviously remembering any copyright issues that you might be faced with by doing this! ;)

If you have contacted the copyright holder to get permission, could you ask them for a copy of the text in another (non-protected) format?
