How long does it take for a resolution claim on Paypal to be solved?

I submitted it on the 5/7/09 and they said they'd ask for any more information if they needed it on the 4/8/08. They haven't requested anything, any idea when I can get it back? its not a huge amount but it would REALLY help.
Thanks,
Neato

Grr I recieved a message off them today saying:
"In order to continue this investigation, please file a police report with
your local police station that highlights your issue and fax a copy of the
report to PayPal. This document should be on headed police paper/stamped
police paper and clearly show the problem with the transaction."
So they requested information after the date they would, meaning I now hae to find the envelope that the stuff didn't arrive it, take it to the police station, get them to fill out whatever form they have to (Wasting their time) and then have to submit it back to paypal. Grr they don't half infuriate me sometimes
