Advice on selling a dress on ebay

Hi,
I've got a dress to sell on ebay which I can't get a good picture of - it's a wrap style dress which doesn't look good flat or on a hanger and I'm sure if I got a photo of it being worn by myself no one would bid

I've found a link to the item when it was for sale on asos, where I could get a stock photo to go in addition to my own bad photo but I don't really want to pay the extra for additional photos.

Am I able to save them to a hosting site or add the asos link to my ad?

By using someone elses photo directly without there permission you will be breaking copyright. How would you like someone usng your photos without your permission? You could link to the website. If i see items listed with stock photos it makes me wonder what is wrong with the item. I think you could loose customers.

Thanks I will use a link to the dress, if I had used a stock photo it would have been as a secondary photo to my own - I wouldn't want to buy something myself if it only had a stock photo.
I didn't even think of copywrite issues tbh as I wouldn't normally consider using stock pics.

Could you get someone to model it for you, so that it would give a better representation to the potential bidders as to what it looks like when it's on??

Unfortunately I don't know of anyone who the dress would fit
