Am I being setup

I recently sold an item it was only for £10, to someone in Lithuania, anyway they paid for it by paypal, 3 weeks later I hadnt recieved feedback so I contacted them (no reply) then 2 weeks after I got a nasty email saying it hadnt been recieved so I immediately issued a full refund.

Anyway straight after I sent the refund someone else in Lithuania paid for it, I contacted the buyer again who says they have never had a refund?

Any ideas

Have you refunded them through paypal using the original transaction? If so you have fullfilled your obligations regarding any paypal claim. Do you mean once you refunded it the payment went through again? If it did I would just refund again. You will have the transaction number for any paypal claim

I think also your first mistake was emailing them to ask if it had arrived, that is always a bad idea as it lets them know you are worried and have no tracking.

Send things then forget them..you'll hear soon neough if they don't arrive.

yes i refunded through paypal, will refund again if they ask for it!
