Hi,
I recently downloaded a trial game of International Cricket Captain 2009, i liked it so much i decided to purchase the game which sent a code through this software company. The Code did not work so after a while i E-Mailed the company asking for help. i did not receive another E-mail by that time i became discruntled and checked out their refund policy, they give you a 30 day money back guarentee.
I have now E-mailed them a further 3 times asking for a refund but it seems as if i am getting ignored - they dont have to pay up if they ignore the complaint.
So i warn you if you see this company involved in any PC download stay away!!!
