Greasypalm Not Coughing Up £££ Cashback

I took a loan out with 'Accepted' thru Greasypalm as the deal at time would have given me £270 cashback.
After waiting the required 120 days with no cashback I contacted Greasypalm through their ticket system only to be told that Accepted is no longer one of their retailers and the cashback has been rejected so there's nothing they can do.
I am owed £270 and despite continuing to chase them up about this they are refusing to do anything.
Anyone have any suggestions??

Trading standards , duty of care contact them today and contact the loan company to see if they paid out to slimmypalms

Had the same problem with Accepted with topcashback. Accepted just denied all knowledge. Problem is of course that accepted will not "accept" you if you refuse the insurance. You are forced to phone them which means the deal will not be completed online.

there all a sham with the same fiona answering all enquires on moneysavingcashback greasypalm & quidco,ive got 5 different transactions with moneysavingcashback that all have the same problem & so does my girlfriend,excuse range from tracking problems to waiting for the merchant to reply,its a modern day scam thats all !

dont bother with greasypalm,the site is a waste of time,i had 4 transactions totalling over £70,ive waited in excess of 4 months,only to be told that all 4 companies didnt pay them,so i dont get paid either...this is beyond a joke to me,and oddly enough,these are the only 4 transactions i did.....my advice,stay well clear of GREASYPALM

It seems this is happening a lot recently, but as far as I'm aware I don't think there is anything you can do. They don't really "owe" you the money and would only pay out if "accepted" had paid out to them.

This happened with me and Greasypalm - as you can not raise a ticket for 120 days - by the time you do the trail may have gone!

It does say on most of these cashback sites and the general advice is not to buy the product only because of the cashback just in case it doesn't come through.

Keep on at them. This happened to me. I had a substantial amount of cashback via various offers, however one was for a loan, which was the largest amount and they stalled in paying. I emailed them daily and eventually got my money. I did state that I would never have used said loan company if not for the cashback offer.

I don't use GP now though - that sort of put me off and had it been for a small amount I would have given up.

I had some issues with greasypalm a few years ago. I ended up calling them and spoke to the bossman Paul who was an absolute slimeball, A*SE H***!!:mad:

Avoid GP!!!

Topcashback and Quido are better payers with a larger cashback amounts offered :rotfl:
