Still charge for 0845's but it's a step in the right direction :T

Please don't say "free" it's ignorance or marketing lies. That's patently not true or there'd be no T&Cs and exceptions.

I got a letter (paper spam) off BT yesterday telling me the same bull and they've started to believe the "free" hype themselves but there's still a full page of T&Cs, rules and exceptions overpage (in very small writing).

They may not charge if you jump through the hoops but it's not "free".

Probably won't make much difference to most folk as a lot of corporates have deserted 0870 and 0845 in favour of 0871, 0844 etc!

Sky are not giving anything away here, they are only following Ofcom,s advice and treating them the same as 01/02/03 numbers now that 0870 revenue sharing ended on 1/8/2009.

What a coincidence that companies using 0870 numbers have now migrated to 0844 numbers, including Sky, I wonder why that can be?
