How do I launch Acrobat on my PC

I was trying to print off some vouchers, however an error message pops up stating error in trying to launch Acrobat.
Any help will be most appeciated.

My guess is that you don't have acrobat reader on your PC. It does not come with windows. It is free and often comes with a driver CD, so that you can read the product manuals written in PDF format. A link to Adobe's site is here.
There have been a few complaints of version 7 making systems run slow. Remove it, if this is the case.

I've found V7 to be better than V6 which is really slow0
