As Jem says, its not low risk. Its medium/high risk (without knowing your timescale).
Investing 100% into any one investment area also increases the risk. Picking such a limited index like the FTSE100 also potentially handicaps returns.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). I don't know how people like dunstonh (IFA people) categorize and define "risk" but I would say there are very few areas of the stockmarket that can be truly defined as "Low risk"Hope for the best.....Plan for the worst!
