Prob not strictly correct Forum but just wondering if anyone has traded in old games at Game and if they pay anything worth while. Have a few the kids dont use and was going to take them in against a new game they are after. Just thinking might be better off ebaying them - its just the hassel of photographing and posting etc.
Mostly kiddy games - disney cars / princesses etc.

Have a look here to get an idea of trade in prices, you will only be looking at £4 - £5 for each game though.
  • I traded in some games this week. I had many different titles inc some young ones (puzzlebuzzle) and some recent ones (rythem paradise, sims racing). They offered me £40 cash or £81 store credit for 10 games. I took the later as its more mse ;) I used to ebay them but lately (I sold some 2 months ago) they were going for <£7 and thats recent releases, well at least some of mine sold for that  So for time factor and all the bother of queueing at the post office I traded them in. Ok this isn't a option for many and some prefer to get as much money possible but hey it done the job for me and an average of £8 a game I was happy with. Plus while there I picked up a recent release in their pre owned section for £9.99, cant be bad I say :D

Why not take them instore and ask how much they would give you in store credit for them? Then also check completed listing on ebay and see what roughly they would sale for (of course each sell is different though)? Then you can weigh up the pros and cons
