Hardship Quetion

Hi all,
If I've already submitted a claim (a year or so ago) and have now hit hard times do I need the details of my original claim? The reason I ask is because my original letters were stored on an old laptop and now lost so I have no idea of how much I was claiming for etc. Do I have to re-request te information????

You're help on this is appreciated,
Thanks

If you no longer have your statements to 're-construct' the amount of charges, I don't see you have much option. Just make sure you keep hard copies of everything from now on
