subsidence insurance

hi,on my mortgage letter it says i need insurance to cover fire,subsidence,heave and landslip
who would be the best insurers to go with as not all companies provide this type of cover,i think churchill and endsliegh ins do ,but has anyone else know any other reputable companies to use,i dont think there is much difference in price:beer:ta!!

All Building Policies from normal Home Insurers includes these unless they exclude them because of the post code which is pretty unusual

As stated all Buildings policies should cover it, unless there is a history of a problem in the past. Then insurers are reluctant to take a property on & the owner needs to keep with the original insurer who held the policy at the time of the claim, providing they have continued to insure it.

Usually there is an excess of £1k on subsidence claims on buildings policies.
