Gas cooker - Combined Oven & Grill question

Thinking of getting a range cooker - can you use the oven & grill at the same time with these things?

You can normally use one or the other at any one time.They usually have a contol knob for the grill and one for the oven
Thats the case with mine - but others maybe different I suppose

I didn't have that make but my old cooker was a combined oven/grill. You could only use one function at a time.

If you think about it, when you cook something in the oven it's with the door closed. If you cook something under the grill it's with the door open.

I now have a double oven or, more accurately, oven/grill but two compartments. Larger oven, separate smaller grill above and both could be used at the same time if necessary.

Nope, you definitely cannot use both at the same time...

But will still buy as its such a great deal
