I think I will sticky this as I've come across some ebay users who were unaware of it and hadn't read any emails from ebay.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. You won't be charged if the listings go live during the 'free' period.
I think you will, as you have to list during the free period. Pre-listing an item to go live at a later date incurs a charge. Unsure as to whether you will be charged the listing fee, or just the deferred start date fee though...0 -

In the past you wouldn't get charged as it only needs to be posted during the offer so all OP would be charged is the 6p scheduled listing fee.
Yes, here it is:
Any item listed previously scheduled to start within the promotional period will qualify for the promotion.

Re listed stuff should be okay according to the details listed below - worth trying to get hold of someone from ebay? I know it can be difficult but it would seem that you are eligible
what's included?
Only items listed on eBay.co.uk using the Auction-style or Auction with Buy It Now option formats are included.
Only private users registered with a UK address are eligible for the promotion.
Any item listed previously scheduled to start within the promotional period will qualify for the promotion.
If sellers re-list an item within the promotional period, which had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the promotion.
If the re-listed item sells and is eligible under the eBay re-list policy, eBay will not refund the Insertion Fee, as the seller would have paid no insertion (the promotional Insertion Fee price of 0 pence) for re-listing the item.
What's Excluded?
Business Sellers are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
PowerSellers are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
Items listed in the "Cars, Motorcycles & Vehicles" category are excluded from the promotion.
Items listed in the "Residential Property" sub-category of the "Home & Garden" category.
Items listed in the "Mobile Phones with Contract" sub-category of the "Mobile & Home Phones" category.
Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy. See the full details about our Duplicate Listings policy.
Buy It Now (Fixed Price) format listings.
Any item listed within the promotional period but scheduled to start after the promotional period will NOT qualify for the promotion.
Any items listed which do not comply with eBay’s Listing Policies or Prohibited and Restricted Items Policies.
Only the basic eBay Insertion Fee will be reduced to 0 pence (£0.00). All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to Final Value Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery Plus", "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight". See the full details about eBay fees.
Members listing using the Auction-with-Buy It Now format will still be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now.
Further information
If the item is listed in 2 categories, the Insertion Fee will be 0 pence (£0.00) times 2 i.e. 0 pence (£0.00).
If the item qualifies for the promotion, the "Sell Your Item" form will indicate to the seller that they have been charged the Insertion Fee of 0 pence (£0.00).
General terms
eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion.
The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.0 -
Basically, it's a Bank Holiday special like they usually do. You take a gamble -if the weather's lousy there are loads of people looking at eBay, but in the unlikely event it's a scorcher, everyone is out!!Blagged: free samples of handwash from Molton Brown; booklet of walks from Brecon Carreg;
Free Diabetes monitor, free bee-friendly seeds, a MINI coin and a splash-proof book from Radox.:T0 -
Just be warned as well that Turbo lister also shows a fee payable before you upload. However when you check your bill it shows as free 'promotional rate'.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
