hello im new on here and could do with some help

Hello im new to this forum ive just read what some people have been saying about there bank charges i sent photo copys to natwest of all my bank charges over a year ago ive had one letter back saying that they are in the middle of legal proceedings with the OFT office of fair trading in relation to bank charges the letters dated 01/08/07.

i recived a letter 11/06/08 telling me about the OFT v natwest bank and others High court case

i sent them another letter saying i was goin to take them to court but i never heard anything back so what should i do i have charges rounded up to just over £1000

any help or advice id be very glad of it thanks andy

    i thought that they wouldnt bother getting intouch and that id just forget about the whole thing and since i havent heard from them in ages i needed some advice

    Under the FSA Waiver they have to keep records of those who have claimed a refund of charges. If you have incurred more charges you can write to them updating your claim with additional charges.

    ive closed my account with natwest now but i have stiil got all my paper work im with lloyds tsb now i have a d.d come out my acount with them and that made me 1p over drawn they charged me £30 for a penny what a !!!! take !!

    If the £30.00 was your first charge then you can see whether they will refund it as a gesture of goodwill.
