Paying an individual with a Credit Card via PayPal account?

in Credit cards
Can it be done?
What I want to do is buy a car for £2500 from an individual private seller (friend) and use my PayPal account to pay the money directly into his personal bank account.
However my PayPal account is directly linked to my Alliance&Leicester but I want this debt on my credit card to benefit from a 0% rate so I want to know if I can fund the amount in my PayPal account by paying for it from my Credit Card?
Could it be done without incurring the Cash Advance fee of ~2% that my credit card (bmi = MBNA) will charge me?
Hence I end up paying 0% for the car for ~6months even though it was bought privately. !
Has anybody tried this?
Thanks
Ben

On my paypal account when I pay for something, there is a place to click that says something like other funding options. You can then choose your credit card instead of your bank account being debited. Paypal prefers to debit your bank account and will then put a message up to ask if you are sure you want to pay via your credit card, but it will let it go through. You will probably have to load your credit card details with paypal first, but it should work.0

they will charge the receiver about 2.5-3% for receiving card payments...
Probably best to get egg card and do super balance transfer0
