New oven - annoying vibration

Hey guys,
Got a new oven (built in) for my new kitchen and even when not fitted (does it when fitted too) in it makes a really loud vibrating sound. This can be fixed by applying pressure to the top of the oven, and then the only sound is the fan rotation. Is this a problem with the oven or is there a simple way to fix it?
Cheers

Call te engineers out under warranty to fix it. When we had that it was the fan itself had somehow been knocked out of line and was causing a knocking sound - probably not the same if yours can be stopped by putting pressure on, but ours was rectified within days.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
