Hello

Can anyone help?

My laptops wireless function broke the other day so I got a wireless dongle but it won't connect to our network and keeps giving the above error message. The network is fine and the software for the dongle is up to date as far as I know but it won't connect.

I am using Windows Vista. Any ideas please?

:)

PS If adaptors have mac addresses then it's probably that but I need to work out how to find the address :undecided

Yes that was it, thanks anyway folks :D
