I received my new Flybe card last Thursday but I still haven't received my pin number?
Before I ring them to send out another does anyone know if it's normal for the pin to follow a week later? If so I will leave it a couple of more days.
I'm just going from previous experience where I have changed banks and my card came through and then my pin the next day.

My pin number for the Flybe card took some time to come through also. I'd give it a couple more days. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
when I got my PIN it didnt have a house number and it had been round the neighbours 5 times before I got it. I called up to find where the card was and suprise suprise it was sent out before the PIN. I had a bit of a moan but they werent bothered at all. Had to wait another 2 weeks to get a new card and PIN.0

It's just one of those things where everyone knows what you mean, noone cares that it's wrong and it sounds better than PI number

When PINs were introduced, the banks and cc providers frequently used the expression
"PIN number" in press releases and correspondence with customers, so it's hardly surprising that the habit's caught on.People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0 -
Does it matter what the hell it is called? PIN Number, PI Number, Personal Identification Number, "those 4 numbers that magically release cash from the wall"... it all means the same thing! We’ve had to remove your signature.
