Royal mail recorded delivery letter

Now this really isn't ebay related please move it mods if you want....
Here is my problem a few weeks back the postman left me one of those red cards now i never really took any notice of it and thought it was for something i ordered from ebay, i have not had time to collect it for a few weeks this week i got round to collecting and it and discovered it was a recored letter, now the guy at royal mail said they return to sender if not collected within 1 week.
So he said i can give you the address it came from which he did but i am none the wiser who it's from
i have gone through all my ebay things i have bought over the last month and it defo isn't anything from ebay which is puzzling me more
The address he has given me is
The Innserve, malting LS24 9HB
I have googled this address and found a couple of company's but i am still none the wiser as to what it is and whom sent it
I have gone on the royal mail tracking website and all it says is the letter has been returned to sender so how on earth can i find out what this damn letter is as it's puzzling me is there a way to get the senders name and maybe telephone number or am i best to just let it go and if it was important they will try re-sending it

If you have the address you could send them a letter explaining what has happened and if they could resend it?0

Thats the number of the company : 01937 535000 from the website. You into homebrew? just give them a ring0

Well presumably you haven't paid for it (else I know I wouldn't have been so laid back about collecting it)
If it was important, I'm sure they'll be in touch.
It might be they sent the item to the wrong address, and now it's been returned to them, they realised the error and re-sent it to the correct address."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Have you entered any competitions that it could be? How frustrating!0

I didn't collect it straight away as there was a death in my family and my mind was occupied, im not in to home brewing so don't know what i could be
maybe i entered a competition a while back and forget maybe
