Hi, this is my first post here i want some advice on what i should do, whats happened is my girlfriend has gone onto this website, and ordered some clothing coming to a price of £75. When i got home she told me the website isnt there so i investigated into it myself, i read the emails and it wasnt wrote in perfect english words where misplaced, bad grammar, spellings etc. I tried the website it doesnt work. ive done a whois check and found the website to be under the name of Hichina beijing china.

I realise that shes been a victim to fraud, ive emailed them but no response.this is so annoying,

im just wondering what you suggest that we do, she has spoke to the bank and they said you cant get your money back as youve allowed them to take it, she is with alliance and leicester. can i file a chargeback?

Hi,
I got exactly the same - believe it to be a rip off site - although it is now up and running again. When you go to check account, it shows as non-existent e-mail, whic is ironic, considering they send you a confirmation e-mail. The customer services support all seems to be part of the same con. Somehow, we need to stop other people using the website,

I would try contacting A & L again but ask for the Group Customer Relations team. This is clearly a fraud issue and worryingly these people now have your card details.

Is it correct to assume the payment had gone through so they werent able to stop it?

Make sure you get your card details changed asap. As Seemore says, the fraudsters now have them and you can be sure that they're busy racking up purchases on it.

I was shocked this morning when i received a parcel from londonedhardy, however the parcel was from China i have no idea if the item is fake etc though i would expect so, it has tags on it but that does not mean a thing as i have been too china and thailand seen the fakes with tags etc, i will get the hat checked out and post a reply....
