Ebay, invoice question

I have had a message from Ebay saying my invoice is now due for payment. I have automatic payments set up on my account but unfortunately I forgot to update my card details and the one on the account is no longer valid..

I have tried to change the details but it says payment for this invoice will still be taken from the old card details.

What will happen when the card is refused? Will my account be suspended? I was going to pay the fees through a one off paypal payment, but I don't have enough in the account at the moment :o

Try paying via paypal. I assume when your card is refused they will tell you so you can sort it out
  • I will have funds in my paypal account in the next couple of days, so hopefully they will contact me and I will be able to pay this way.
For some reason I can't add my new bank card to my paypal account, so can't pay that way.
