    It's the middle of the working week so once you're over it its downhill to the weekend;)

    Well I am off work for another fortnight after this so I have been taking "hump day" literally these last few weeks;):rotfl:
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
  • Calorie-wise, how does that compare with running? :D

    They were 'medium' last night. Have they shrunk?

    It says medium on the packet but my idea of medium and Mars' idea of medium are obviously very different...

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:are you being naughty :p

    Well running burns about 100 calories a mile, which takes about 8-12 minutes (depending on who you are)...so running probably burns less per minute but goes on for longer - unless you're having a real session of course! :p

    Morning All!

    Been for a lovely 9 mile run - its sooo hot here already and the sun is lovely, but I suspect it will cloud over shortly which is fine with me as I'm in the office.

    Right off to find some coffee - hope you feel better soon Sammy (am a bit worried about you at the moment - not your usual bouncy self!) - but step away from the Mars bars :p

    mmmmm coffee.....

    I read what you said Becky and it started a half hour of introspection. I am not myself at the minute but its nothing serious...I guess its a knock on effect of the emotional draining that OH's 'heart attack' took on me along with doing too much last week and it being month end and billing, so no time to rest at the minute.

    Also I haven't run since the timberhonger and it does make a massive difference on me mentally and physically. I just have to try and balance everything up. Most of the time I do, sometimes I don't.

    I have another busy day of work and meetings but tomorrow i don't have to go anywhere (although I do have to work) but it means I can sleep when I need to.

    Thanks for being concerned though...:A

    Okay fair enough - just remember to take time for yourself where you can :D

    Are you going to go out for a run today??
