Been for a lovely 9 mile run - its sooo hot here already and the sun is lovely, but I suspect it will cloud over shortly which is fine with me as I'm in the office.

Right off to find some coffee - hope you feel better soon Sammy (am a bit worried about you at the moment - not your usual bouncy self!) - but step away from the Mars bars

Holiday food definitely doesn't have any calories - it's a rule.

I'm having lunch with a friend today that I haven't seen in ages. I love catching up with people, I'm definitely more of a social person now than a few years ago.

It's the middle of the working week so once you're over it its downhill to the weekend;)
