I didn't know that about trucks on single carriageways.
I costed my spag bol at £1.30 per portion - is that too extravagant? I'm really trying here.

My hoover washer is ok. Trouble with a washer dryer is that it is busy drying when you need it for the next load of washing.

Can't say I have seen many trucks going 40 (or is that cos I am always in front.....:rotfl:)

I wouldn't have said £1.30 was too extravagant for a good portion of spag bol..is it a good sized portion....:D

If its a bus, it's 5 past 6, it's a twisty blind country road and the depot is still 5 miles away, the speed limit is 80 - by law...

BB don't get a washer dryer..only my opinion but I found mine to be totally useless and ended up buying a condensor dryer....
most brands are pretty useless, hence why only Miele or AEG seems worth buying. I don't have room for a tumble drier unfortunately.

Try argos clearance website for white goods. Hotpoint is as good as any...

I'll have a look. I had a very bad experience with a Hotpoint many years ago and apparently they have got worse - on the washer dryer front at least. I am hoping my washing machine can be fixed and keep me going for a few more years yet. It cost £115 over 5 years ago so has done well as a second hand machine, i'm really loath to get rid and would be happy to spend up to £100 including the labour on it.
