They've refunded the PP transaction. So... What do I do?
It went for 99p. Me thinks that they just didn't want to sell.
I'm not sure I can be bothered to make life difficult for them, but then again....

It sounds like another of those dodgy excuses. As you have your money back I wouldn't be too bothered, however I would watch their account for a few days. Are they still selling and using ebay? Slap in a non-performing seller claim if you like."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100

I'd open up an "item not received" dispute after 7 days, and as you paid (i presume you have transaction number as proof - not your fault they refunded it!), then the seller will either have to send it, or they'll get a non performing seller strike thingy.
I'm not sure why their partner having swine flu would cause this, as in theory it would give them MORE ebay time as they'd have to avoid their partner! My OH wouldn't go anywhere near me and thoroughly enjoyed his extra computer time!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
