Park Resorts Kessingland Beach

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is the right board but I am after some advice and opinions.
We have just had a look round the Kessingland Beach park and have got some figures on buying a holiday home. I'm fairly happy with the prices and the park looks lovely. I've had a quick look on the forums and can't find any bad reviews but I was wondering if anyone owned a static here or has stayed here and has any opinions on the site.
Also, we currently have a touring caravan and I love moving around the country in it so I'm a bit concerned we will be bored staying in one place year after year. Do other owners find this or not?
My main reason for looking at static caravans is that my son uses a wheelchair full time and will be seven in a few weeks. I'm not sure how much longer I can lift him in and out of the tourer and a move to a static would mean I can wheel him right in.
Sorry for the length but any opinions would be appreciated.

Have you googled for reviews on places like
http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g190775-d655140-Reviews-Kessingland_Beach_Holiday_Park-Lowestoft_Suffolk_East_Anglia_England.html
http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews113178.html
We had a Sun holiday there and enjoyed it, but it was only 3 nights. Whether you'd be bored by being in one place depends on what you enjoy doing?0
