B.T. problem with bill.

my mother in law who is 80, has just had a bill from BT which is £80+ and it states as she cancelled her evening and weekend package before the end of her contract she now owes this amount. she has not cancelled anything apart from 1571 which i cancelled for her online. she tried to phone and got caught up in the BT auto system, she is upset about it and asked me to sort for her. has anybody got a number for speaking to a human being......thanks
