credit card harrassment

my husband and i have three credit cards by the same company and am now dealing with the cccs to help sort out my payments, i have informed all three card that the ccs cannot speak to me until 17th aug and have given them the cccs reference number but they are still phoning me up to 20 times a day and say the same things everyday such as they wont phone agian until after the 17th, but they keep on doing it, what can i do to stop these phone calls, i have threatened to sue them for harrasment but they keep coming

    Right, this is definitely harassment. You have a right not to be harrassed. I would write to them and request that all further communication MUST be in writing and any further attempts to harrass you in this way will result in them being reported to Trading Standards, the Office of Fair Trading and the local police.

    Once this letter is sent and received, then refuse to speak with them under any circumstances. They have very few legal rights.
