Hubbie popped in there today and was told that it was with purchase (but they did give him some:D) BUT the T&C says no purchase necessary and ad on tv doesn't mention needing to purchase either.

It says unique in the t&c, but we can check when someone else manages to get a pack

Sorry to bump - just to let others know that my mum blagged 4 packs of the cards from our local Clarks store Have opened them all and the code number is the same in all of them - 159

(Could only find this in game over but with different code.)

You have to enter the Bootleg Trump card code.

Code 159 seems to work.
