thanx for the advise,thats what i thought before that i might have to sit and wait for the test case outcome.however, the bank takes the money which is paid to me from DLA cover for the cost of health-expences e:g chiroprators treatments,replacement pads for the TENs machines. In a sch way, bank deprives me of my entitilments.moreover, i get drawn into unagreed overdraft caused by bank drwing money from amy account evry month. the charges £30 for each unpaid item!

If they say no, then explain this and the effects it has on you.
