  • News Flash Update. The Department of Constitutional Affairs are presently considering the questions we have asked of them in regard to repossession rates and statistics and our proposals and reasoning provided to improve consumer information and more accurate information to be published in the future. End of News Flash! The Freedom of Information Act can work if it it used properly by consumers.
  • Not all my posts are about sub prime lending as you can see.
  • That's cool, I don't use a gym much because I've got a full free weights setup at home and I work a lot of hours sometimes so it's easier for me to get an hour or so in at home straight away. I also play squash and like running on my lunch break at work.. I'm trying to get fit so when I start martial arts I get my !!!!!! kicked because I'm a puss not because an unfit puss! ha.

We are fortunate that the company that I work for has their own at the offices so its really easy and conveniant to use. (just joking with the title)!

If you take out a loan with a sub prime lender then they will ask if you use the gym or just pamper yourself! Ok, Andrew now I am not telling the truth!

No, every day I use the gym, I run, I play sports and yes pamper myself when I can afford too! Many Lenders, IFA's & Brokers will tell you they do too....but can you believe them LOL! Just kidding Andrew/Homer_J:)

    Hi Emma,

I'm sure you are very lovely and I do admire your spirited standpoint for something in which you obviously believe passionately.

I think that now we have a better idea of where each of us is coming from we will be responding to each other in a more positive way. I certainly hope that to be the case.

Thank you for an excellent debate and, by the way, you can PM me if you want ;)

Hope you have a cracking bank holiday weekend, the weather here is fantastic.

    Andy
