outlook express not printing body of email

hi there

out of the blue outlook express has stopped printing the body of the emails , it just prints the to, from and subject , rest of the page is blank when printed.

i have tried highlighting the text and clicked print selection , that does not help,

any ideas , many thanks

I think it is a corrupt ???.dat file - if i remember correctly. Just rename, rather than deleting just in case I'm wrong while outlook is not running

Also think it is a small sized one

Think the file is outcmd.dat, to be truthfull I did note the problem down at work, but your post totally was forgotten about.

Search for all file included the hidden ones. The just rename the file from outcmd.dat to outcmd.dat-punto123

ok i use my initials, because the are uncommon and is easier to search for should things go wrong, but -zzz should work just as well
