Really pleased with the service I received on Saturday. I called in to buy two items because it was Estee Lauder Gift Time.
One of the items I needed was Bronze Goddess, a facial bronzer that is only generally sold in the summer. The assistant said 'Thats the last one so you may as well take the tester as well.' She even removed the sticky tester label and wrapped it up for me. I was more pleased with this gesture than the free gift. Will definately shop in John Lewis more often.
