Ebay Refund Query....

Hi Guys,

Wonder if one of you more experienced with Ebay can help a little. After 60 days have passed since a sale is a buyer able to request a refund via ebay/paypal? or at 60 days does their ability cease?

The reason I ask is that I have a buyer who after approx 55 days has now emailed to say that they were having problems with an item, this was a private sale, i'm just wondering if they fail to raise a request for refund with ebay/paypal within the next 5 days then will they be able to do it at all?

Thanks
