if you are going to look for a breeder, please do research carefully, to ensure you are not supporting puppy farming - or, as suggested, look for a good rescue - there are planty of nice dogs out there!

Awwwwww she's lovely yeah just round the corner will definatley have a look at her at the weekend :)

I can go anywhere in Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire :)

    Is DP the Dogs protection?

    Many thanks

Just a question but I know when your getting a dog from a shelter like RSPCA that they do a home visit we are in the middle of re decorating and need to put some carpet down on the stairs. Would they see this as a problem?

Nope, they'd rather a slightly 'messy' look than spotless, shows you won't be so houseproud to panic over any moulting etc!

They just will want to check the garden is secure with high enough fencing & things like that & have a chat to ensure you know all about looking after the Dog & are ready for the commitment

Thats ok then, There is already a westie living with us so it should be pretty secure if she's not escaped yet lol. Getting a man to finish diy is like asking for a miracle :)

good luck!! - though I am guessing as she is so young and has been neglected she is likely to still need housetraining etc - are you able to take that on? (sorry don't want to rain on your parade at all - just a thought though!) Which rescue is she with?

aww thats great, hope you get her.

I seen this on the news, and some dogs die very soon after after being bought... seen how there poilcy went from 1 year to 6 months. I knew there was something dodgy about this place!! It makes me so angry to see how these dogs are treated :(

She is house trained :) chippped, innoculated. If she wasn't house trained I would manage my lab wasn't house trained when we got her :)

She is with a vet at the moment he took her off the owner today and had put a advert on freeads he seemed dead nice on the phone :)

I'm trying to find some nice bedding and bowls for her online now. Because it's sunday we are going the shops would be closed for that sort of thing by the time we got back.
