Difficulty applying online with Equifax

I've tried three times to subscribe to Equifax but everytime the system fails after submitting my payment details. I phoned the 0870 ! helpline and was told my dredit card details were incorrect but I know for definate they were correct on my second and third attempt.
I'm sure it's not because I have a dodgy credit score as the last time I check two years ago it was 992.
Has anyone else had difficulty applying online with Equifax?
