if they all offer 'pop' server access you could set them all up in outlook express?

(unsure if it has a maximum number of accounts limit but don;t think so)

Mozilla Thunderbird is free and will allow you to access many accounts at the same time (I use it with 20 accounts and it works fine).

As with Outlook, you can define inbound rules, so if you wanted you could have all emails arriving in one Inbox, or have a separate one for each account.

Your ideal solution is probably to set the addreses up so that they're 'fowarding' addresses, i.e. each address forwards to a single main POP3 address, rather than each having their own individual POP3 boxes.

It's pretty straightforward if you have your own domain name, I don't know about other setups - I guess it depends on your mail provider.

You can also use the same method in google's gmail offering, and tag/label different accounts etc if you want an online option.

I have several gmx email addresses, and use gmx to collect emails from several other email accounts with other providers, such as yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc..

I've heard gmail is good for this too, and that's endorsed above, but I've only used gmx as a web-based collector. I agree Thunderbird's great too: depends whether you want to keep your stuff on the web or on your PC.

Have a look into a 'catch-all' email address, if you have your own domain, you could put absolutely anything you wanted before the @ and they would all drop into the catch-all account. I use this on Gmail, e.g.signing up for MSE, I might never have used MSE@mydomain.com but if I used that email address then all mail would go to mymainaccount@mydomain.com

I really need to change internet provider as I am with BT and want to change to a cheaper one with Cashback. BUT my email is btinternet.com....what to do? BT internet uses yahoo so does this mean I can still use it or can I change the email address to yahoo and still keep it?

    Please help if you can.

    Thank you

Pop Peeper should do what you want. Easy to set up, and once you go through the hassle of setting up the account settings for each email address, it monitors all the accounts and lets you know when you have new mail which you can then read or delete without having to log into the actual account. Its a small application that sits in the background (or you can launch it manually and configure how often and/or which accounts you want to check).

    And it's free.
