That's very weird, you should be able to see something under 'quantity' if you have sufficient points to buy that item. Try going back to the stress pig on the first page of rewards, which costs 150 points. Can you see a '0' with an up and down arrow in the 'quantity' column for that one?

If you can't, then there may be something wrong with your account, and you need to contact postmaster@pigsback.com, giving ALL the details you gave us, ie, how long you've been a member, how many points you've got, etc, otherwise you may just get an email telling you exactly the same things we've just said.
